Our company is located in Saravanampatty with facilities for a Modern Factory. We have imported a WALTER 5-Axis Tool and Cutter Grinder with latest Software from Germany. Apart from the above machine, we have installed imported manual machines for Cylindrical grinding, Manual Tool grinding etc.

We have installed tool presetting machines like Speroni Magis and Dynascan Profile Projector to inspect the finished tools. The tools can be magnified 20 times to check their angles and other dimensions. Linear dimensions can be inspected upto 1µ accuracy. Angles could be checked upto 0.01° accuracy.

We also manufacture customised special tools which are not conventionally available in the market, according to customers' needs and preferences. The tools may be utilized to combine two or more operations in a single pass thereby reducing the cycle time and enhancing performance. Some of the commonly used customised tools include Dove tail cutters, Woodruff cutters, Back Chamfer Tools, Multistep Drills, Drill cum Chamfer Cutters etc.
Any Carbide or HSS tool and be resharpened in order to attain the originality. We regrind the tools exclusively in our CNC machines. Resharpening process involves washing away only a mere 0.5mm of the material and forming a cutting edge thereby enhancing the tool life and efficiency
